I Dn think it's that bad. Bihar has become a soft target for media/movie these days.. May be there is hardly any active grp to raise voice against them like karni sena, etc...Few regions do have law n order prob but that is true even for other state…
this year .. it is clearly mentioned that the post is for sdo .. he may later become sdm .. but the joining will be made for the post of sdo @Restart
