if someone is from obc/sc/st and put category as general - by this logic he is hiding the fact and get punished for that.
That won't be verified during medical examination .
One more thing is pH category gets horizontal reservation which is quite different from vertical reservation.like 3% is fixed for them .no more no less than 3% .they can never be alloted in unreserved category irrespective of their rank .,even after…
