You can get it from a few shops in ORN. There is a shop beside Kumar Book Centre and he generally keeps the complete notes as per the latest bacth.
people try to showoff their knowledge once they get high rank except few questions all were doable in both philosophy papers this year if someone have conceptual clarity. If UPSC has decided to butcher any optional then nothing can be done.

I too cleared the Pre.( With big help from Paper 2, Score-127). Lets see what UKPSC decides about Mains date. Hope that it happens after UPSC mains only.
