guys can we change our test centre for the second tier exam? unlikely i know but if anyone knows, please tell.
Test Centre will be in Capital City of State I think..No choice is given
this reservation policy is seriously flawed.
total "so called upper castes" is 20-22% and they think they are eligible for 50% seats
20% of india is sc population they get 15% reservation.

No need to disassemble everything but hard disk cable if its loose, OS may not load..so try to put back cables of important items which are involved in the process of booting..For me , it was always the hard disk cable issue..its RAM dirty, i guess …
Have you tried to remove all components inside CPU and put them back tightly (like hard disk cable, etc ) ? When i had PC, even a slight disturbance used to bring such issues ..
