When i sent the DAF, i didnt know i had to get the separate OBC certificate from RI and above in my district. I just sent them a copy of my Community certificate issued in my state. Then UPSC sent me a letter requesting for the OBC performa filled by competent authoriities. As i already screwed up earlier, and as i didnt have any other use of this new OBC certificate, i just mailed it to them.
though UPSC is not stringent in submitting within time, sort it out before ur interview day.. unnecessary torture of declaration n all on interview day..
A barber says to his customer : i will show u the most idiot child on earth..and then he calls a boy..barber places 2 and 5 rs coin on both palms and shows to the boy..boy chooses rs 2 coin and runs away..barber says to the customer that look how idiot the boy is..
Later that customer spots the boy in a icecream parlour and says : you dont look that idiot..why you didnt choose rs 5 coin?? Boy replies : the day i choose 5 rs coin..the game is over...
