one under 50 last time is an outcome of pure luck.. i still can't believe he is under training at LBSNAA.. know him very personally.. wo hi hum jaise gareebo ki ummeed hai ki upsc me kuch bhi ho sakta hai..
I have a gut feeling that p2 will have a 10 marker on tackling TB- Engaging both pvt and public sector.

1. According to National Family Health Survey, over 60% of Indian seek healthcare in private sector. 2. So, engaging private sector is vital for effective fight against TB. 3. The quality of healthcare in private sector varies, with people not getting quality treatment and further spreading TB. 4. TB is a silent epidemic as millions of Indians are affected each other with TB. 5. So, need to employ more technology, coordination between public and private sector etc... 6. Add some more lines from Google....
Lacunaes- 1. Inadequate public health facilities. 2. Lack of trained public health functionaries. 3. Hit and trial used by private. 4. No monetoring.
Why coperation? 1. Rural areas do not have Nasal swab test facilities--> private role. 2. Private--> expertise like gene expert. 3. Public reach--> PHC, chc, Asha, etc. 4. Tackling over the counter sale by public which leads to MDR TB AND XDR TB.

Except for Brazilian model, i have written everything else with whatever i know. Yeah, its a general answer. Do i need to be more innovative like quoting specific examples of some regions or something appealing. Or is this fine to fetch average marks?
Papers sirf ek hi baar check hote hai kya ? There is no second round of moderation or something of that sort to eliminate subjective bias in the assessment ?
