Is there anyone of this thread still residing in Patna who is preparing for IAS for last 2 years or so?
THE HINDU is available on daily basis or still of past day? Is there any good reading room for IAS aspirants ? if yes, then in which area?
Hindu and ie both are 1day old and there are some reading rooms like insights lib, m&i lib etc..you can Google for their contact numbers and exact location..these two are in boring road

any idea about cost of living in boring road?
Not really sure..I guess you should be able to get a decent room for 4-5k (sharing), single room should be around 7k I guess in a pg..again it's just a guess based on some assumptions..No idea about Tiffin cost..But I guess a room in a flat would be cheaper than staying in pgs.. yes I live in patna but I have my own house.
