Scoring low in VisionIAS prelims, how to improve?

I have finished almost all subject-wise tests of Vision's prelims test series. On average I mark 25-30 questions correct and ~50 incorrect. So my score stays very low.

My basics are clear but I have problem with mugging-up (ratta-fication) stuff.
For example: Concepts about Biodiversity are clear but if you ask to pick specific goals out of given 5-6, of some Protocol like Kayoto etc, I get confused. Even revisions is not helping as I have habit of skipping data/tables etc.

Like my biology concepts are clear but Drug names, Diseases Cause/symptoms are a problem to remember.

If paper comes based on basic concepts and understanding of current affairs, I'm confident of marking 70+ questions correct, even right now.

Please suggest or guide. A constant low score is hurting my confidence.
