Is it possible?
I have written mains thrice, not able to clear. This year due to financial constraints I joined an Oil psu. I joined it in December, due to travelling, training and all; I was unable to read THE HINDU and was unable to maintain notes from it.
I have got my posting now and I am kind of settled. I can read The Hindu now with full concentration and can make notes, but I am really apprehensive about my preparation because of:-
1) I have missed The Hindu, from December till May, a big chunk of six months.
2) I have missed comprehensive coverage of past issues.
To make up,
1) I have done all the current events from Insightsonindia.com archives from December to May and I have integrated it in my old notes.
2) I have also read vision current affairs booklet from December to April (will read May edition too.)
But again I don’t have any confidence as I have missed editorials, op-ed, science n tech, IR covered by THE Hindu.
So my very dear and respected members please help me out in clearing the air. I seriously feel that I have missed the bus for this year. Please help me to find out the Answers of following questions:-
1) Should I write this year attempt?
2) Are Insightsonindia.com and vision booklets enough for compensating the loss of not reading the Hindu?
3) If the above sources are not enough for comprehensive coverage of the period I missed i.e. December to May then please suggest what else should I read to make up?
4) Or Am I too worried about missing THE Hindu?
My humble request is to all the senior, respected members of this forum to help me out.
