if u are in Delhi then u can buy a small booklet which is nothing but photocopy of additional chapters added to new version of laxmi.some new chapters are related to cooperative societies and parliamentary groups.also new edition hard copy is available on net so u can take print out of these chapters also.there is no substantial revision in the book per se
