Its funny when someone says that he suffered due to old moderation process when upsc never declares the raw marks. So how can you say whether your marks were lowered or increased...
Old moderation methd is certainly faulty..otherwise hw can sm1 get 247/300 in botany p1..when no one could get 247/600 in pub ad d same year.

clerical error.some fail in compulsory hindi because of it while some go on to top civil service exam
