    yes ..if something is expensive then ppl think the inherent value of product must be higher...and if u price a good product low then there is a perception that it is a sub standard product..in this case its a sub standard product priced very high just to cash in on existing reputaion one last time.. :D

    Osho_baba what I meant is that you will probably read a book that you bought than a book that was gifted. You will probably read notes if you buy all by yourself than when you pool money and share the notes.

    Giffen goods are daily necessities which u cannot ignore to buy even if the prices are high.
    however cl test series is an example of veblen good

    1. On population. Rangareddy District, Telangana(?): This district comes under top 10 districts in India with highest decadal growth rate. Reasons?

    Hyderabad is surrounded by rangareddy district... Hyderabad had phenomenal population growth last decade and is continuing to be...check wiki for stats...
    although hyd district limits are less, the GreaterHydMunicipalCorp limits extend to rangareddy district too...
    most of the immigrants settle in this zone...
