i was just filling ese 15 form,in part 2 continuously getting upload of pic and sign failed.both are as per specifications and I can easily go to declaration page but when I click the final I agree button I get try again...??????????

yeah.. since last 2 year i thought to just enter into final list but not possible .. we should Target for top 10 rank then can find name in list i guess :P

@wat_d_heck31 notification is not even out man..have patience..the form might be in beta version..I advice you to do it only after notification comes to avoid any trouble ! best wishes

online payment and final submission can be done after 12:00 am
Well @gkav I just wanted to have upsc as centre because of the extreme heat in June and as far as notification is concerned u can get it from guidelines tab from upsconline.nic.in site....
@AutoGlobe we applied after 12:00 am only,payment window had no issues .The instructions specifically mention after 00:00 hrs on 14/03/15...
For every other exam of UPSC notification come on Saturday and online filling starts at sunday 00:00 hrs .. so try submission after 12 am(15/03/15) .. BTW m also facing same issue even more severe as m not even getting final submission button after pic upload.
