any one want test series mail me mysore283@gmail.com
@AutoGlobe Recently I have seen the last year's marksheet. If more than one people get same marks in the final marksheet of ESE then how is rank decided?
@GeneralKuribayashi I haven't enrolled for any online/offline test series...but I've seen the offline test series of these two coachings available in xerox shops at Saket/Lado-Sarai/Ber-Sarai for a pittance You can simply buy & practice at your convenience though I'm doing just periodic practice (objective paper is ~60% repetitive w.r.t. concepts) of previous year papers of IES-EC/EE, IAS-EE, GATE-EC/EE/IN...as for the mistakes...yes that coaching or for that matter any coaching has some mistakes in their answers (usually the ones where they simply give the correct option without detailed explanation) but one can counter that by referring books...discussing with friends/faculty (though not always feasible) Still one has to have that confidence & belief that you're doing the right thing...this strategy of referring the books is the hard way but in the long-term it pays rich dividends instead of short-term quick fixes like a coaching test-series (just my opinion...I'm not against it...at least we don't need for ESE :P ...but a must for CSE...individual opinions vary from person to person...no hard feelings :-bd ) Coming to your query of deciding rank, UPSC follows this process in case of a tiebreaker: Go to http://upsc.gov.in -->Examination-->FAQs I have attached the snapshot for your reference. Cheers!

(i) The candidates with more marks in the total of four Engineering papers may be ranked higher;
(ii) In case the total marks of four Engineering papers are also equal, the candidates with more marks in the Personality Test may be ranked higher;
(iii) In case the marks in the Personality Test are also equal, the candidate who is senior in age may be ranked higher.

which test series?

You can simply buy & practice at your convenience though I'm doing just periodic practice (objective paper is ~60% repetitive w.r.t. concepts) of previous year papers of IES-EC/EE, IAS-EE, GATE-EC/EE/IN...as for the mistakes...yes that coaching or for that matter any coaching has some mistakes in their answers (usually the ones where they simply give the correct option without detailed explanation) but one can counter that by referring books...discussing with friends/faculty (though not always feasible)
Still one has to have that confidence & belief that you're doing the right thing...this strategy of referring the books is the hard way but in the long-term it pays rich dividends instead of short-term quick fixes like a coaching test-series (just my opinion...I'm not against it...at least we don't need for ESE :P ...but a must for CSE...individual opinions vary from person to person...no hard feelings :-bd )
