@NaMo firstly ,seeing your english vocabulary level, you dont seem to be namo :P secondly, take up warm cloths or use a blower. Your ears ,head and feet are most impt. to cover to keep the effect of cold away. To cover your hands doesnt matter if you are practicing writing. Try to sleep a bit early so that u can wake up early in the morning. Cold during night/evening is more harmful than the morning ones. While my intake of nicotine and caffeine and some c2h5oh is rising which is harmful i know but deflects the effect of cold ,but you should not try if you aren't into it.
