No One .
Study on your own, do not depend on balderdash done by coaching classes in the name of " Notes". Reading from the notes ( whether coaching class notes or some other kind of notes ) , will lead you no where .........Notes are the short cut to success, which do not last for a long time.
Hard work accompanied by your own rational and sagacious intelligence, will lead you to the great heights of your desired success.

If you want to clear upsc ..donot apply your intelligence but rely on notes only...this exam only tests your cramming abilities and lil intelligence...if you want to develop yourself as an aboriginal master then amplebtime is there aftr exam to do dat...right now coaching notes are the best option for the above topics...fetch them from delhi or smwhr else.. U dnt rquire hard work but smart work fr upsc...be smart...rely only on coachin and u will get thru...
for Post Independence: Art and Culture: Social Justice and Social Issues: IR: Environment and Disaster management: S & T: internet is enough. for others u may need books and coaching notes
History: Old Ncert + Spectrum is best. No need for any notes Post Independence: Bipan Chandra best + interesting. No need for notes Art and Culture: Here you may go for Nitin Singhanis's notes + a standard text is compulsory Geography: NCERt, GC leong , Spectrum more than enough. Social Justice and Social Issues: Here i have read vision ias notes . they are good but ARC and newspaper will give you an edge over others. I have read ARCs, thogh its hard work but the fruits are good. Polity and Governance: Laxmikant + relevent ARCs and Puncchi + i have read visionias notes. Same is the case with notes here as with above topic. IR: Here you can rely on notes of any good insti for reading development of Foreign policy and basis of relations with countries. Rest is current anyway. Economics: Here Sriram notes are very good. But make sure that you go through std text and Economic survey + current affairs. Environment and Disaster management: ONly 3rd ARC is sufficient + current S & T: Only current affairs can help you here. You can refer an insti's notes after you have read all thrusday S n T of hindu. Ethics: Lexicon from Chronicle. Also, SK mishra's notes are good. 4th ARC is also there.
Moral of the story: Reading authentic sources will always give you an edge over candidates preferring notes only. But, negelcting notes altogether is also not smart. Bes smart and choose wise, avoid unnecessary hard work. I would say that there is no need for notes for subjects which already have many standard sources. Go for notes when topics are not easily available especially for mains.
Thanks for everyone for helping out. I just wanted to refer to class notes along with txts so that I can get current scenario and analysis in few latest developments in polity, eco etc... Once again thanks to everyone for extending your help
