  • Ok. yaar i know dt is not in essay format . I just translated it from rachna Kaumudi. it was given in paragraph format only. How much u got in last year mains??
  • Hmmmmm tab kyo likhe essay.... khair koi baat nahi tumhari marji.... dusri baat ki pichli baar mai exam nahi diya tha aur baaki ka detail aapko mere pichle post me mil jaayega ....ek samasya hai - tum itna mere baare me kyon pooch rahe ho....? Are yaar apna padhai karo koi samasya ho to pucho thik lage to suno nahi to aage badho.....

    Bhai saahab mujhe mat sikhao pahle apne sikho pahle jhooth kisne bola? Bolte ho essay likha hu ....aur jab itna time laga k bataya to bolte ho apna essay dikhao mains ka number batao etc .....gussa nahi aayega murkho ki tarah question poochte ho....pahle jhooth bolna band karo.....faaltu me apna1 ghanta barbaad kiya tujhse muh lagke

    I din know senior players are so arrogant. And man u just changed the starting line to aatmanepad. Even i write essay in english and there is nothing like that i have write everything in passive.. U r just following old traditions. m sure u would not have crossed 300 in ur mains makrs for sanskrit.
  • Bhai tu sapna dekh le 300 .....tu likh jisme iccha ho samjha murkh mat bana duniya ko tu kitna accha essay likha hai dekh k hi pata lag gaya jaao yaar dimag mat khao.... jaao padho agar aise tum essay likhte ho to mai tumhe guarantee deta hu tum dono paper me 100 se jyada number nahi paaaoge .....best of luck.

  • @sksonoka can u plz tel which questns are to be attempted in papers..
    I mean lyk d syllabus is divided into 2 sections in both d papers..
    In paper-1,questn no 1& 5 are compulsory, 8th shud also be attempted as its easy..apart from dese 3..baaki 2 questns kaunse hone chaiye..
    In paper-2, in d what all is to be written under vyakhya and how many words shud be written?

    Vyakhya in how many words, I also cannot comment, only @sksonoka ji will be able to.

    Paper-I
    There will be three questions which must be answered in Sanskrit. The remaining questions must be answered either in Sanskrit or in the medium of examination opted by the candidate.
    Section-A
    I. Significant features of the grammar, with particular stress on Sanjna, Sandhi, Karaka, Samasa, Kartari and Karmani vacyas (voice usages) (to be answered in Sanskrit).
    This is the Grammar part which is also very scoring .
    a. Main characteristics of Vedic Sanskrit language.
    b. Prominent features of classical Sanskrit language.
    c. Contribution of Sanskrit to linguistic studies . [ To be answered in Medium of Exam]
    Generally one question comes from this part . All the answers are well defined . So possibility of high marks
    II. General Knowledge of
    a. Literary history of Sanskrit,———- [ To be prepared in Medium of Exam]
    b. Principal trends of literary criticism —– One question from here . Since answer is well known and scientific .High marks
    c. Ramayana,
    d. Mahabharata —————— A cursory look on these two would be fine
    e. The origin and development of literary genres of:
    § Mahakavya
    § Rupaka (drama)
    § Katha
    § Akhyayika
    § Campu
    § Khandakavya
    § Muktaka Kavya. ——————- on these Its advised to skip . Because more effort is needed and you have option to skip . One is generally advised to avoid this Question
    Section-B
    I. Essentials of Indian Culture with stress on
    a. Purusarthas-
    b. Samskaras-
    c. Varnasramavyavastha
    d. Arts and fine arts
    e. Technical sciences ———————— To be answered in Medium of Exam
    II. Trends of Indian Philosophy
    a. Mimansa
    b. Vedanta
    c. Nyaya
    d. Vaisesika
    e. Sankhya
    f. Yoga
    g. Bauddha
    h. Jaina
    i. Carvaka ————————————– Skip this question
    III. Short Essay in Sanskrit ———————— One place where marks varies [ Not a very high scoring area]
    IV. Unseen passage with the questions, to be answered in Sanskrit. —————– High Scoring area. Simple questions will be given . If u can understand Sanskrit then you can definitely score here
    Paper-II
    Question from Group 4 is to be answered in Sanskrit only. Question from Groups 1, 2 and 3 are to be answered either in Sanskrit or in the medium opted by the candidate.
