Hello friends !
So finally CSE (P) 2014 is over and I am getting 172.5 ( CL key ) . I know I am doomed. Moreover I am not able to understand how so many people score so high marks. Well, That is a different matter altogether .
Let's move on.
All those who are appearing in SIDBI exam on 2nd and 3rd september 2014. Let's discuss how to make the most out of it .
I don't have any idea about what this exam or bank is like. If anybody has any knowledge regarding work profile please share it here .

From allbankingsolutions.com (Post by Mr Pannvalan)
SIDBI was originally a wholly owned subsidiary of IDBI. Later, its shares were sold to public sector banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions. SIDBI, IDBI (earlier) and NABARD mostly follow the same hierarchical structure of RBI. In these institutions, the entry level in Officer grade is Assistant Manager, then Manager and then Assistant General Manager. Therefore AGM post in these institutions is equivalent to only MMGS III in public sector banks. But, they enjoy vast powers and huge monetary benefits which are not available to officers in PSBs. The starting basic pay of an Assistant Manager in SIDBI is Rs.17,100 and the gross pay per month will be Rs.45,000 to Rs.50,000 depending on the place of posting. SIDBI has branches mostly in State Capitals. Therefore, no rural or semi-urban service is mandatory in order to qualify for promotion. More than anything else, there is no need to sit late beyond office hours to complete daily work; no arguments or quarrels with some demanding and litigant customers every day; no abuse or humiliation by higher officials. All these make employment in these development banks or development financial institutions a pleasant and enjoyable one..
And going by the trends of SBI PO and RBI GrB, i think Quant and Reasoning would be tough or of moderate toughness as this exam is also being conducted by IBPS.
All The Best Guys.
