What I have learned that instead of current so called affairs, our focus should be on current issues. Simply saying: "to identify issues which could be asked in mains".

For this purpose, I propose that we should post an issue in a question form and then discussion should only be based on from which other directions same issue could be asked.
I think there is no point in discussing the issue as such which will only make the forum boring and uninteresting with large posts. Instead of discussing, appropriate links could be given.

@Khajoor has suggested that we can write a summary or key points with a link. We may do it if we find time for that. That would be online notes making.

In my view there are cases when RTI does prevail over right to privacy.The restriction imposed in Section 19-L of the Rajasthan Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 does not outrage the dignity of the individual. The object of this provision is to control population growth and family planning and such type of interference is necessary in a democratic society in the economic welfare of the country. The restrictions have, therefore, been laid down with a social purpose to fulfill the mandate given in the Directive Principles enshrined in the Constitution.

Euthanasia can be termed as Legalized murder.Society can survive only on valuing life at all stages. How can society say that Euthanasia--is justified when there are no rules and regulations commanding the stage when one person decides that he needs to die and requests the Physician to assist him to die in a dignified way?

Legalising Euthanasia is an issue not to be taken lightly and stringent rules should be made so that no single doctor takes it upon himself to play God.
