i don't think it would be a good idea to move to delhi post prelims. nov/dec are very cold months. if you decide to move in some student area then you would face problems like- finding a suitable room as per your needs, then brokerage charges, high monthly rent(new batches by that time period so non adjustable rent scenario). cost of living is quite high in ORN and other similar areas.
for test series vision ias's test series can be availed online also. as far as material availability is concerned ask your friends in delhi to courier it. or else make a short 2-3 days trip mid oct. this would serve as a break-refresh your mind and you can get all the materials that you desire.
how does the vision ias online test series work? i mean ,do we have to type our answers or scan them ?? if there is any correspondence test series how much time does it takes to send receive with checkin?? |)
you need to scan your papers and upload or mail them your written copy. Then they will evaluate and upload your corrected copy.
The thing i noticed with vision is qns are good but evaluation is mechanical. They are given model answers and they just tally your answer to that. So, better find a friend who has vision subscription, take a print of the qn papers and write in exam conditions and evaluate with regard to model key.
Their evaluation is not great but quality of qns is, and i do not think you need to shed 20k to get the qn papers
