@jmmeena the PM himself was going to answer the starred question in RS on Aug 29th. Thanks to the whole session disruption , with only 3 bills passing, the PM didn't give the reply and our future is left hanging in the air..
Actually rajeev2315 is right. The changes, if any, will take two calendar years to implement. Since UPSC requires a long term preparation plan, UPSC will announce any change plans at least 1 year in advance.
