@Neyawn He is right u know, many of the candidates were facing this problem since last night, they must have notified UPSC, perhaps form must have been modified to accommodate that .

Can you specify the your year of birth too?
I filled summy data with 4 as attempt. Unfortunately I don't remember the year of birth I put. Maybe that could be the deal breaker for you. I feel if you are not 33 yrs, it should not be a problem. Maybe as @sanki said UPSC may be making changes. Don't panic.

Try it again, If problem persists , try using different browsers or try clearing the cache. May old script etc or some problem. such problem should have been solved by now.

UPSC do rectifies its mistakes, eventually.
U have to be below 32 years on 1 aug to attempt the paper. otherwise u can't, even being 32 is not permissible . Unless u avail relaxation in age.
