Since there is lack of study material on internet for UPPSC Mains, I request that anyone having a web link, pdfs or any other doc to please post it here.
This is my first attempt at it and mains is really close, so it will really help. Any tips from senior aspirants are welcome too.
@alka I think everybody's going to struggle with the additional burden of 2nd optional. Before we move on to the previous year QPs, can you confirm the exam pattern - I am not so sure.
@mission13 - Thanks for the correction but shouldn't we deduct Hindi paper marks from the total, if it is just qualifying and marks are not going to be counted (see attachment). What do they exactly mean - 1. a candidate should score more than the minimum qualifying marks in hindi, or 2. a candidate should score more than the minimum qualifying marks and the marks will also be counted in the total
Hindi is counted for merit but comission can fix a minimum marks as qualifying too. Ye to upsc me bhi likha hota h dt comission can fix a min marks for evry paper... So its just an instruction in extreme cases
all of you mains qualified people plz give some guidance to qualify prelims2014. from where do you prepared up specific syllabus and current affairs? some book or wesite? and for csat2 portion how to prepsre communication and hindi syllabus?
ye mains ka form bharna kab se start hoga.. aap logo ko nhi lagta ki 1st july se mains ka ho pana sambhav nhi h.. kyuki abhi tak form submission shuru bhi nhi hua
