Guys my previous thread with the same subject was blocked.But I am glad that UPSC notification proved my INSIDER NEWS right.Anyways I was studying as usual. @devendra_singh I did not posted this thread deliberately or with speculative tendency but I had sure info.
@Heyram It not about being insider info.I do not post anythings vaguely or out of dream.I post ONLY and ONLY when its 100 percent sure coz I know the sufferings caused to the students being a student myself.I did not quit studying my optional and recommended the same to everyone. This thread was for the admin and moderator as they blocked my previous thread when the discussion was on the right track.So its curbing article 19...:P my FR which I protest.

Your FR was not curbed. You were merely expected to exercise your FR in the ongoing rumour thread. Too many people exercising their FRs in new threads would clutter the entire forum and the new R - RTI might be hampered. Every FR has an FD. We are only doing our Ds.
