Hi guys, UPSC Board members meet tomorrow around 2 pm. Results can not be out before that. They are shown the sheets and they sign on them and then within a couple of hours its usually put up on the notice board. So 100% sure results cannot be out today. Most probably around 5 tomorrow it will happen, otherwise friday. Anyone who is saying results will be out today is either mistaken or having some fun.
My friend who is already in services and posted in Hyderabad. He is having close relative posted in UPSC and he has got his result including his rank. He got rank 26 all over India. He will easily get service of his choice. He is trying to know his marks too.
