Public Adm.: Approaching Q. PaperQuestion papers in public administration are studded with certain terminologies like Examine/Critically examine/Illustrate/analyze/discuss/argue/justify etc.
Superficially these terms have more or less similar connotations for a common man but it is not so for students of Public Administration.
Rationale of this question format- Public administration is a subject of common man and of common parlance but it is the ability of the student to identify various shades of grey. It is like weighing various options and working on them to take a balanced decision. Our society doesn’t exist in the black and white format and hence this format becomes relevant to look out for candidates with capabilities to identify that.
Rationale of Diagrams – though essentially this subject is more of analytical format and it is not that much advisable to go for diagrams but if one draws there is no harm in that too. It actually beautifies one’s answer booklet and reveals to the examiner his/her conceptual clarity. For diagrams one can refer to diagrams for public. Adm.
