@mango_dolly Don't get me wrong; Of course all the things u mentioned play a vital role in judging one's personality . What I liked about that interview was the type of questions that were asked i.e. neither too factual nor too opinion based ; actually a perfect combo !! 230+ was just an emotional wave )
Factual question is a risky thing because if you do not know the answer, it might give poor impression on the board ! I was checking various transcripts and frankly speaking, I did not know clear-cut answers to many of them.
Same here. I don't know the answer to many of the questions in the transcripts here.If somebody asks me open ended question like " what is going on in crimea/ukraine?" I am clueless how to even begin answering inspite the fact that I know every detail about the situation.
But I guess once you start talking in the interview the words keep coming out, we just need to control and filter the flow.
