    you're in Delhi?

  • Replied to your message and yes I am in Delhi
  • For Paper-II, the test series conducted by career launcher is really good. I bought the xeroxed papers with solutions and attempted them at home. They don't experiment too much and all of their tests comprised of strictly 80 questions with the same difficulty level as that of UPSC. Fortunately, it paid off as UPSC didn't experiment much with the number of questions and difficulty level.

Hey! Thanks for the suggestion. I believe your optionals are Public Administration and Philosophy....same here. I might bug you with questions.....especially pub ad.....philiosphy which i am taking at the moment.... going fine but western is so boring and harder to grasp....but that maybe because of the instructor. Are you referring any books for philosophy?
Btw, congrats for clearing prelims and good luck for the mains.

Western philosophy is definitely harder to understand. For the Greek, rationalist and empiricist philosophers, I'm referring to Patanjali's printed material and class notes only.

For the Contemporary Western part, I didn't find any good book so I've mostly tried to understand the topics from Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy. It is free.

Also, you may want to look at the Encyclopedia of Stanford University. I'll post the links below:-

    Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy

  • @IwannabeIAS try getting Patanjali Printed Notes. They are good.
