Liquidity Adjustment Facilities of RBI - The system under which RBI lends and borrows money from on a daily basis at a fixed interest. This is done to help the banks adjust their day-to-day mismatches in liquidity. Under LAF, there is repo rate - interest at which banks borrow money from RBI and reverse repo - the interest given to the banks for the money they parked in RBI.
Infrastructure Debt Bonds - Bonds issued by the govt. to specifically fund the infrastructure projects of the country. Since infrastructure projects are long term, many banks may not be willing to lend money. So, to overcome this problem, the govt. has decided to issue long-term bonds to fund the various projects.

Inflation - Growth Trade Off - In order to encourage, the govt. provides fiscal stimulus i.e. pump in money to the economy, or offer tax incentives i.e. ensuring people have money in their hands. Either way, the liquidity in the market in the market is increased. Increased liquidity leads to increased demand which in turn leads to inflation. Unlike spending power, which does not increase at the same rate for all, inflation has the same effect on everybody, so putting the vulnerable at risk. So, there is always a trade-off between growth and inflation.
