Gym Vs Yoga/ Breathing Vs Running/Jogging

Hey Friends can u suggest which kind of workout will be good along with upsc preparation. I recently joined gym just decrease my tummy and overall fitness . But I m feeling like wasting time , not because gym time , gym I do for only 1~1.5 hrs but rest of the time also I m somehow mentally occupied by that like I have to arrange proper diet for that like egg , milk, fresh fruits , nuts , chicken and these all adds extra expenditure in my overall monthly budget also I tend to thinking about my workouts and all...I also suspect myself whether I m drifting away from my Goal .... Focus tend to shift from preparation to fitness....and I regret later .


Previously I used to go for run that was also good specially that used to be economical no gym fee, no extra expenses on diets etc but for past 10 days m going to gym I thought to tone up my body and look attractive and burn the extra fat and calories quickly as running will take time to do so also body is not toned by running we need gym for that ......


But I have observed that rarely upsc Aspirants go for gym ....they are into lighter exercise jogging , walking , running etc


Please suggest me what should be good for me ?

Should I give up going to gym and start running / jogging again ??
