I am planning to shift to Delhi for study, i have already given mains, i want a good library (more off a good reading room facility), where i will get sincere environment, and it should be open fromm 8am to 10pm. and should be very quiet.
It would be great if i could find accomodation nearby it but it is not compulsary.
i came across two names 1, Passion IAS 2. 25/15
Can someone please guide me. I will be visiting delhi in 1st week of may to find accommodation and fix library as well.
1. priyatti: 1200, wifi not so good, cabin system and spacious 2. venus library: 1600, better wifi connection than priyatti, but less spacious than priyatti. 3. vision: i guess its 1800, and it is open 24*7
and in patel nagar/ranjeet nagar have heard that passion library is good.
yes passion is big n spacious, no noise or disturbance but it's currently almost full so shortage of seats plus no ac at least yet , charges 1500 for 8am to 8 pm along with poor wifi. 150 for locker
anyone know any other reading room in patel nagar or ranjeet nagar. heard about one more in ranjeet nagar galli no. 20.
