  • Don't even try.
It may end up the examiner considering ques no. 4 & 5 both as attempted by you as a punishment for being oversmart according to the him

There is a QCA Booklet. Question-cum-Answer Booklet. Questions are printed along with question number. So it is expected that below Question no. 4 with the Question Number and exact question text printed, you write the answer to that question, and not question No. 5.

If you are not attempting the question , you leave the space blank. Such questions often come when we are anxious before the Prelims. Try focusing on the Prelims as of now. That will be most helpful.

    Rest @Hagerstrand has stated correctly.

    thank you sir

  • I personally feel that answer writing is just about having strong knowledge of GS and current affairs. While our preparation we join various test series and sometimes answer writing and without getting bothered QCA and marking scheme we keep writing whatever we know. But it’s a wrong approach because we never concise our answers. So try something which can help you with the proper marking scheme, presentation as per space provided in QCA. It is not important to write… what matters is QUALITY WRITING. Check for STEPS- Daily mains answer writing on Google. It is helpful and very planned.
And you may check this also... EDEN IAS
Fair enough with providing personal attention and quality checking and question.
