i consider what these institutes do is "murder of our career " and should be held guilty and trail should be undertaken under sections of murder of CrPC .
but who am i to talk about law if our SC is so much drunk in their power and urge to be called my lordship ... and many more such colonial thigs that proves they are superior of all the citizens ... and all these in the name of justice giver or seat of justice ... lol.. who only have given them the constitution...and they exist only because constition is their...
when i was in paji...one sardar sir said that cji had 100 crores to sign a judgement onlast day... then i thought that as aways he is burping as has big mouth..... everyone in corridors of power knew this... and few years latter this scandal actually appeared in media ... then i actually really realised one of the truth of our country...
You're absolutely right. I gave 2 lakh to one of the so called "best institute for IIT JEE in Kota"...and then I realised the kind of scam these Coaching instis do....but guess what even our "future" bureaucrats do not come out against them.
And for supreme Court, justice chelameshwar (dissenter in NJAC) told us approx everything that is wrong in judiciary.
