Crash course/Refresher course for GS Paper 4 (Ethics)

I'm thinking of taking a short term crash course for GS Paper 4, as I feel I'm still weak in this section. Course should not be longer than 15-20 and hopefully end by end of February, as I'll start with my prelims preparation after that.
There are multiple coaching institutes coming up with such courses, but the issue is I'm not aware of the quality of their teaching. So I want to know the feedback from people who have done any such course or are aware of good ethics institutes and teachers.
Specifically, forumIAS has come up with one such course. If anyone is aware of how is the ethics teaching there, it'll be a big help.
