It is govt quarter having 3 living rooms.Very spacious and big.Recently, I became alone after my friends and brother shifted elsewhere.So,thinking of sharing with one another person,boy/girl.Rooms are separate. I will prefer someone from my home state Bihar. Preferably the person should have appeared in upsc interview from sociology background or at least written mains 2 times.
We bl share HRA,it won't cost much - 6000/-per month excluding electricity and water bill. We bl share electricity and water bill equally.
Facilities- AC installed , Rajendra place metro - 2.5 km. Battery driven e rickshaw available from here anytime to Rajendra place.Well connected to new delhi railway station also.
Maid comes for cleaning and washing utensils- 1500/month. Currently,I have not kept any cook due to my office timimng etc.But if we agree together, we can hire same for cooking.Othereise,I know cooking.So,we can sometimes cook also together.
