hi guys I am considering SOCIOLOGY as optional for my first attempt.Someone suggested me abt PRAVEEN Pandey that he teaches good . Review needed and also tell about some good faculties except Aditya Mongra ,Vikas Ranjan. How is MOHAPATRA sir of vaziram or UPENDRA IAS?
Vajiram batch starts in late-Oct or early Nov & will finish just 2-3 months before next prelims + progress is real slow. High chances that this could cost prelims (it did to me). Compared to that if you start now and study till Dec-Jan from standard sources with previous year questions in mind and make notes in your words => 100x better than any coaching.
If you fear that you may not understand topics, there are always plenty of videos on youtube, telegram. Further, you can join test series after prelims, they take discussion classes and you can clear all doubts there.
tl;dr: Nothing beats self-study, sociology is no rocket science so don't worry you'll do fine on your own

Bro d problem is that student takes coaching from a single teacher only so have idea of that coaching only.... ultimately it's u who have to study so teacher can only supplement..I took coaching from pandey sir and found it good..but others may be equally good..I diversify my knowledge by taking notes of other teacher or having test series..I hope this will help .best of luck
