1. Get Prasad and Prasad book on Thinkers. It is lucidly written and you wont need any other source for Thinkers. Just read this book ( cover to cover) and you are done. 2. After step 1, Read New Horizons of Public administration by Mohit Bhattacharya - again cover to cover - latest edition. 3. Please use google to get real administrative meaning of any and every word you encounter with while reading 1 and 2. 4. above source will help your Public administration exhaustively for paper 1. For paper two, just remain inquisitive - read last 5 years mains papers to gauge dimensions asked in exam. 5. Read all 15 reports of ARC 2 and revise them via "summary of recommendations" and boxes/tables given in those reports.
