I read few chapters last years. It's good to read but utility is not that much for gs4. For ethics, jyaada knowledge hona dangerous hota h kabhi kabhi. Instead of spending hours on it, it's better to do brainstorming own your own on every single topic in syllabus (thinking of real life examples).
Lexicon/subba Rao padho.. jyada time mat waste kro ethics k upar.. practice and develop the art of writing ethics answers. That's it. A maximum of 5 days is enough for ethics.
