Haan baat to thk he ki ips banna badi baat he..isliye kyu ki hum avitak bane nhi..jis din banenge humara confidenc vi badhega..fir hum vi sochenge ki ias vi laga sakte he..why ?? ofcourse administratn is bettr than police..
