I guess I'm the first one to post here after the paper. What do you guys make of the paper?

I attempted 90, a tad less than last time. Those polity ones were big googlies. Procedure for special leave petition, eh? And who asks the provisions of a bare act! Environment was almost absent, imagine the hours we've spent poring over those boring reports and organisations! Current affairs from 2016 dominated the paper IMO!


I think the paper was on the tougher side but opinions ahead of time can be misleading. How many did you attempt and how do you judge the paper? See you after CSAT in the evening! All the best.

paper seemed easy so attempted over 90 , most turned out to be negative...

CSAT was no piece of cake. Decision making disguised as comprehension! Who would've thought that! The English was terribly difficult. I guess maths will save most of us though, 66 hi to Lana hai. It may sound cruel but if there are folks who fucked up their paper 2, please stand up and be counted. It will soothe my heart. And could the bhaiyyas please stage another agitation soon so we could wangle an attempt from Modiji to repeat the same blunders next year?

Paper was of moderate level lying somewhat between the 2016 and 2017 levels. Ideally cut off should have been 110..but due to reduced number of seats this time, it would most likely be 112.

No.. paper was on normal side as per UPSC standard..not that tough..and not too much easy.. 40-50 questions were doable ..and after that it was ok type..
In my opinion..cut off should be +-3 than that of last time..
