are you like real kind of sad or are you playing us?? if you are really sad then tell something more about you, because i dont see how can anyone be sad for a failed cse attempt at an age of 23. 23 is just too young imo , bro you got soe real time to make progress not only mentally but also physically. go hit gym , read some good books not the usual upsc stuff, but something that really opens up you brain and makes you feel liberated...but if you still want to do upsc stuff then read Guha (india after Gandhi can be done in 12 days max), gurucharan, amartya sen so on
