There is actually no need for any material. Better focus on quant, reasoning etc. But I won't mind if anyone can give link to any such telegram group or freely available resource.

Yaar indont know how to find link on telegram. There are two grouos one for nabard and other for rbi. Both have edutao marerial shared multiple time in a zip file of about 59mb

If you are preparing for UPSC, Economic and social issues can be aced. And in Rural dev. the questions are likely to go above the head of most people anyway, because there will be some technical or numerical figures you would be expected to know. Returns are not high if anyone focuses too much on it while preparing fo rcivil services pre as well. A decent practice in aptitude and good hold on economic and social issues is not a bad strategy. Startegy for phase-II would differ though.
