Bhai mai ek aashawadi hu aur asha karta hu ki UPSC aap logo ki guhar jarur sun le . kintu ye bataiye 2 extra attempt milne ke bad bhi aur kitne attempt chahiye? Aap log ye kyu nahi protest karte ki jab tak aap logo ko civil services me ho na jaye tab tak attempt milne chahiye?
Bhai kuchh ham jaise naye logo ka sochiye(chaliye mai to purana ho gaya hu 2 attempt bhi de diye hai aur bhagwan ki kripa se 2016 me interview bhi diya tha, Par kuchh to naye naye khiladi hai jinka 2018 me pahla attempt hoga aur aaplogo ka shayad satva). Aap log itne senior player hai, aap logo ko to ab sanyas le lena chahiye. EK dashak to ho gya hoga aap logo ko is maayajaal me. Agar ab tak aap logo ka kuchh nahi hua to ye samjh jaiye ki kami aapme hai na ki syllabus change me.
Thoda is pe vichar kijiye, nahi to chaliye agar man liya jaye UPSC ne accept kar liya aap logo ka request to shamil ho jaiiye fir se mayajal me . Aur Bhagwan na kare Baswan sir ki recommendation sarkar man le aur kahi fir se aap log rashte pe na utar aaye. To thoda sambhal ke guruji .
Hello, thanks for the efforts. However, please keep the demand for candidates who appeared during 2011-2015. I have pointed this earlier, that people spent a lot of time studying for CSAT till about May 2015 (when the announcement of CSAT being only qualifying, was made) at the cost of optional and GS. Last minute changes impacted candidates who appeared in 2015, especially those who appeared for the first+last time, owing to policy changes in 2014. So requesting humbly to keep the period 2011-2015, so that many candidates can benefit. Thank you guys.
i feel upsc has discretion to change pattern ,requirements, as per the need of the time.. i dont understand how does tat make csat issue unjust?? sorry but this is my doubt and not my opinion... if u wish u can enlighten me.. ps : i dont know the technicalities..

What you say makes sense but I guess these people feel that this is "drastic' change "without much advance notice". Let us say that UPSC today puts forward a notification that the old notification for prelims stands cancelled and now there is a compulsory Hindi Literature subject which needs to be passed by everyone. This brings in bias towards selecting people from Hindi medium students. Let us say in addition to this, UPSC says it will introduce Surgery as one of the papers of GS thus making the paper biased towards medical PG students. Now of course "upsc has discretion to change pattern ,requirements, as per the need of the time.." but it is limited. That is the logic but yeah I do not subscribe to it. I think it is not that drastic a change and it has been there for all competitive examinations from the very beginning.
