CAPF AC vs central services

Hello everyone...I am in a dilemma regarding not exactly backup but yet a backup..

I am graduating this year.(dob- 20th march 1996).Doing stuffs related to upsc from last two years here and there in a haphazard manner(nothing consolidated but what people learn after 1-2 attempts I learnt in graduation period).I learnt from the advices of @Yo_Yo_Choti_Singh @Cremator @Maverick33 .

1- why capf
This service will give me the highest job satisfaction (crpf will be my 1st choice)

Why not cds
dental points problem which is not in capf(I would have preferred cds over IAS on personal level)

Why UPSC
I am from Bihar and here the charm of IAS is like next to God and I wanna make my parents proud in society even on my job satisfaction cost(no bebate)

My present condition- have read many current affairs sources in last 2 years(nothing solid) .So digesting ca is fine for me now..have read static sources little bit (not fully).. I have done little bit MCQ practice (can mark 2 correct out of 5 in insghits daily quiz without having iota of knowledge)

My question- Can I crack capf ac with 5 months prep from now?(I would have completed optional in 5 months so this is the opportunity cost) and what to do for capf ?

I would for sure go for upsc 2019 even after making it to capf..

Central services >>> any of the capf services

Cons -
No proper allowances and salary acc to work done.
High amount of displeasure among services.
Lot of stagnancy in forces like crpf and bsf with ppl staying on same post without promotion for 10-12 yrs.
Lot of work being made to do by capf services without proper infrastructure and training like counter insurgency ops in Kashmir.
IPS senior officer dont let capf cadre officers to come up and take sensitive posts.

How difficult it is to crack capf in 5 months?

Central services not only civil services but also like chemist in the geological survey has organized group A status, but CAPF has yet not got organized status. That means in central services you will get 8700GP ie. salary of around 1.5 lakh without inflation adjusted just after 13 years of service, while in CAPF it takes 20-28 years. So, you will be lagging behind central group A services by at least 8-10 years.

You can do it in 5 months depending on your hours devoted.
Cse prelims and capf have little differences but you should have a preparation level equal to that of clearing prelims that means being thorough with basic books multiple times and topped with required current affairs prep with focus on areas like defence to crack it.

Though its cut off has been shooting up each year so prepare hard.

CAPF is easily doable in 5-6 months..it lags to a large extent behind group a services..having said that if u like uniform,this service will give u authority ad satisfaction..dont go by popular perception always..choose a service based on ur attitude and aptitude...

BTW dental point problem is there is capf as well.
