Tomorrow morning try gathering as many as possible no of upsc aspirants from Old Rajinder Nagar bus stop in front of Post Office, and all should move to Ashoka Road..

1) help in getting attempt
2) but will also be seen as hint to Government not to reduce age and attempt as suggested by elitist Baswan committee
Any bus (most buses) go directly to Patel Chowk/Dak Bhawan.. The ticket is only Rs. 10.. So, earn an extra attempt in Rs. 10 and also diffuse the evil plans of Baswan committee in the process.. Alternative means of Auto & metro are there as well..

1) Transparency in UPSC & Compensatory attempts (for 2011-2015 era Guineepigs ASPIRANTS) movement अब अपने निर्णायक मोड़ पर है। यदि यह आंदोलन सफल होता है तो upsc में transparancey व सीसैट प्रभावित छात्रों को (2011-2015) अतिरिक्त प्रयास के साथ साथ baswaan committee की भावी सिफारिशें जो कि genereal केटेगरी candidate की आयु सीमा 26 व अन्य कैटेगिरीज़ 28 तक सीमित कर देने की वकालत करती हैं और जिसका लागू होना भारत जैसे diverse socio -eco milieu वाले देश में 1% इलीट क्लास को छोड़कर शेष unreserved जनरल केटेगरी एस्पिरेन्ट्स के लिए मौत की घंटी के समान हैं , को ना लागू करने को लेकर भी दवाब बनेगा !
2)यही वो ठोस वजह है जिसके कारण ऐसे aspirants को भी 29 jan कीे शांतिपूर्ण gathering में शामिल होना चाहिए जिनके पास attempts शेष है !!!!
3)यदि जनरल कैटेगिरी candidates ने अपनी स्ट्रेंथ को demonstrate नही किया तो ,मैं दावा करता हूँ कि मोदी सरकार 2019 में अपने सेकंड term में baswan पैनल की सिफारिशें लागू कर देगी ,क्योंकि उसके पास खोने के लिए कुछ नही होगा ,ठीक उसी तरह जिस प्रकार कांग्रेस ने 2009 से उडती हुई अफवाहों को सच साबित करते हुए 2011 में prelims pattern change कर दिया था यह जानते हुए भी की यह प्रणाली एक पर्टिकुलर सेक्शन को सीसैट पेपर में 100 % बढ़त देकर एक बड़े तबके के साथ भेदभाव करती है ,,
4)उम्र व attempts कम करना इन्ही so called रिफॉर्म्स का next स्टेप है ,
5)minister पहले ही parliament में बोल चुके हैं कि वो IAS को ICS की efficient colonial legacy की तरफ ले जाना चाहते है , हम सभी जानते है कि गुलाम भारत की civil service (ICS) में किस नस्ल और किस वर्ग के लोग select होते थे, और ICS की जिस efficiency का हवाला दिया जा रहा है वो efficiency कम उम्र या attempt के कारण नही बल्कि गुलाम भारतीयों को नियंत्रित करने व सरकार के मनमाने एजेंडे को बेलगाम ताकत के साथ implement करने व अत्याचार करने की आज़ादी के कारण थी,
6)क्या सरकार को आज इलीट क्लास के ऐसे मैनेजर्स चाहिए जो IAS के माध्यम से corporate घरानों को देश की संपत्ति बेचने में policy mediators (नीतिगत बिचौलियों) का काम कर सकें, अडानी,अम्बानी के business को facilitate कर सके, IAS में latetal entry का publically documented proposal इसी अभिजात्यवादी सोच का next step तो नहीं ?
7) ताकि देश की 80 % संपदा 1 % अमीरों के पास रहे (with some few 100 IAS officers getting some peanuts from it as a share)और शेष युवा इनके business houses के बाहर पकोडे बेचें !!!! ये किसी पर्टिकुलर पोलिटिकल पार्टी के ओरिएंटेशन का मामला नही है, ये उस लार्जर political-corporate complex का मामला है जिसके इलीट और रूलिंग क्लास सोसाइटी में अपनी हेजेमनी को establish और sustain करती है ! और हर राजनीतिक दल व corporate घराने को इसकी ज़रूरत होती है।
8)जिन्होंने 2011-2015 में MERIT के नाम पर upsc के tacit class bais को support किया था अब वो baaswan committee के रूप में not so priviledged general केटेगरी के बहिष्कार का तमाशा देखने के लिए तैयार रहे और ये सब होगा मेरिट के नाम पर!
Thats why protest of 29 jan is very important for every general category candidate. many of my friends who still have attempts will join it coz merely having attempts doesn't guarantee a selection in upsc .
..............Apart from smart hard work transparency and gurantee of LEVEL PLAYING FIELD in the selection process also matters, upsc shouldn't be allowed to become a dictator at the cost of injustice to a large section of aspirants ..Its just a matter of few hours .
