Is here anybody who has written mpsc rsm 2013. Do you have any idea how percentile system will work? And whether individual paper cutoffs will there or not?
if they are implementing percentile system with this exam, then there won't be any individual cut offs. Are you sure, they are implementing it right now ? Actually they haven't mentioned it in the notice. Looking forward for next mpsc (jan-feb I guess. )

Yes.. dyc and dysp.. Actually I am not preparing it separately. My sole focus is on upsc only. Just checking whether I can get through it by focusing on cse !
