You need to complete the masters in the Political Science with 55 % marks (50% marks for the Reserved and Female Candidates) There is no age limit to appear in the NET Exams but to gain scholarship of 25000per month you need to be not more than 30 years of age (35 for Female and Reserved Candidates)
