I guess we can start with hitler, undhr and then intrastate conflicts in post coldwar period, and the subsequent need of changing the conception of sovereignty from westphalian order towards something that can serve the demands of present world order where states are involved in ethnic cleansing etc of their own citizens, add r2p, misuse of r2p, china and russia criticism of r2p as a tool for regime change etc...bhikhu parekh dialogue among civilisations to reach a consensus on human rights, brazil responsibility while protecting to hold accountable personnel involved in r2p...there is a need to ensure that r2p doesn't become a weapon for securing geopolitical objectives , while also recognizing that hard shelled sovereignty is incompatible with complex interdependence.

17 test was scheduled before prelims, after prelims mam take 8 test, which must be going on now.. i was asking for model answer of those test held after prelims 2018.

Question ppr 1-5 kisi bhi test ka hai toh share it...hv few test pprs wid ans but not sure ki post prelims recent crash course ke hain ya pahle ke..date is not there.
