hi everyone,
Many of us having philo as optional, even after taking expensive coaching from patanjali, mitra, etc & giving ample attention to philosophy optional paper are still are not able to get genuine marks so as to get a desired rank in final list. There must be a problem with our approach. I just wanna start a serious small ACTIVE group so that we can share our experiences and our resources so that we all can strive for atleast 280 in next mains.
interested students plz inbox me ur watsapp no. The group will be active and to the point.

  • @yashwardhan_singh Bhai if you have planned to do selfstudy, I'd say, consider joining Coaching..Mitra or Ambuj sir..things will proceed very smoothly...I have done paper 1 at Mitra, religion at Ambuj sir..ambuj sir knows some substance..other wise people with 4 attempts with philosophy know very little about the subject...plus some think that its purely based on luck to get good marks which is funny...I mean one person is scoring 900 and another 700 in mains can never be luck based..at Max 900 wala will get 850-860...n 700 wala will get 720 na Kam na zyada...bohot afvah Hai market me
    Prelims - 3, Mains - 2*, Interview - 0.

Thanks for suggestions bhai. Yeah lot of afvah + blind-followers here too in UPSC preparation. I strongly believe that when genuine and original answers comes from someone who has studied the subject from academic books like Y.Masih for western or Palmer etc, good marks will be awarded for sure. Sirf coaching wale fatte marne se number nahi aane wale, 500 bache around hote hai english medium se and around 500 from Hindi medium writing philosophy mains (as per the last annual report of UPSC) Likhte sab coaching wala maal hai, sala check karne wale bhi ro deta hoga. Kahan se number aayenge !!
