How many of us are headed to Mohanty Sir's winter session classes? And, please do mention the centre name: Karol bagh/ Mukherjee N,and the advantage of one over the other.
First timers:- current status of optional preparation? Strategy and time alloted for completion of the syllabus once( without revision and improvisation)?
Seniors:- what would be your word of advice to a stranger to public administration? Yes, that would be me.What can/ should I do in a week or two before November 7 when the classes actually start so that the 4 hours inside the class gives the maximum returns?
